Pop sensation Veronica Maggio's 2024 gig at Liseberg sold out months in advance, but CrowdSnapper managed to snag a spot in the photo pit! The show was a rainy affair, but Maggio's loyal fanbase still showed up!

Rainy Show with Guest Appearance

Veronica Maggio's show at Liseberg in late August sold out very quickly as they got released back in spring. I figured the spots in the photo pit were equally desireable, but gave it a shot anyway, and managed to get one.

Only able to experience the first three songs, I can't say much about the show as a whole. From clips I've seen, fellow pop star Miriam Bryant who she's also shared stage with for a full tour, also made an appearance.

Crowd Pics

Were you in the crowd? Take a look in the pictures below and see if you're in there!

Maggio has some really sweet fans, by the way. Several high-fived us photographers as we left the pit. So adorable!

Photographing the Event

My biggest fear shoothing the show was the unreliable weather. Minutes before the show, there was a drizzle, but I skipped the rain covers as they would probably get in the way. Instead, I zipped my rain coat before the show and protected the cameras that way, with the two cameras making a massive bulge on my torso. Probably looked very stylish and fancy indeed!

Then, during the shoot, came a pretty significant splash of rain from behind, but the gear remained unscathed.
