CrowdSnapper is an independent live music photography platform founded and operated by Jonas Gustafsson, based in Borås, Sweden.
Since the late 2000s, Jonas has documented concerts and live events across western Sweden, primarily in Borås and Gothenburg. With a strong foundation in rock and alternative music, CrowdSnapper also covers a broad range of genres within the live scene.
What began with photographing public and open-access events gradually developed into accredited concert photography. Over the years, CrowdSnapper has gained access to venues, festivals, and photo pits, allowing for a more comprehensive and professional visual documentation of the live music experience.
While the name CrowdSnapper reflects the project’s origins – capturing the energy from within the audience – the focus today is on delivering high-quality live photography and editorial concert coverage.
CrowdSnapper regularly covers shows and collaborates with artists, promoters, and venues.
